The Faces of Failure

Failure has many faces, this condition of not meeting an intended objective can make or break us.  Failure destroys development and paralyzes progress for some, while others embrace, feed, and channel its energy to propel directional growth.  On one hand we can buy into this superfluous unsuccess, making it our own permanent position.  On the other hand we can acknowledge this adulterated excess calamity and allow it to motivate our intent.  So, when does failure inhibit or inspire?  Three elements that explain the verdict of this trial are courage, faith, and foundation.

Those that lack the audacity to stare failure in the face and deny its dominion find themselves incarcerated to pseudo possibilities.  These are the people who have accepted status quo and gain comfort in contentment.  They remain rather sessile because of their fear of failing.  Those with the drive and cojones to call failure by its name and challenge it, suppress its power using it as a stepping stone to the next endeavor.  Courage can be a violent weapon against failure, however, the lack thereof directs decline or at the very least immobility.

Belief is a strange matter, it can change states instantaneously.  At one moment we are standing on dreams definitive as day and night and in the blink of an eye they are fragile, unsafe, and unsure.  Those who are unable to trust the unseen flounder in the face of failure with the unpredictability of water.  The true Dreamers sculpt, define, and develop with absolute certainty.  Faith is an unsung instrument that inconspicuously strengthens probability and purpose.  Its absence may be synonymous to misery or even death.

Sound intellect, evidence, and experience creates a conduit to success.  Among other variables, these are principles on which all decisions can be made.  In the face of fear we need something to stand on, a reliable thought process to direct our behavior.  Without this ruling compass we may fall victim to failure, slipping through the crevices of fiasco.  Owning a testimony that builds on the dream itself  encourages us to fight failure.  A solid foundation secures, validates, and urges us to see beyond an intermittent obstacle like failure while frailty befriends it, pushing us to accept mediocrity.

Look failure it its eyes, rebuke its authority, and use it as inspiration not inhibition to your dreams.  Stay true to your goals by applying the discipline of courage, faith, and foundation.  Great selling!
